Hi everyone,
First of all, thank you very much for providing help in English. My German is not very good so I appreciate this very much!
I am trying to fix my friend’s laptop. She has the Metropolitan Police Virus. I have successfully booted her computer using HitmanPro on a flash drive. However, her computer is not connecting to the internet, so HitmanPro will not perform a scan.
Is there a way to avoid this problem?
Many thanks,
B
